ABOUT ME

Caroline Mills Mediator

After graduating with a 2:1 degree in Law, and successfully completing the required post graduate course (LPC), I commenced my training as Solicitor at Peacock & Co in Wimbledon Village in 2001, qualifying into the Family Law department in 2003.

I trained as a mediator in 2013 and have since built up considerable experience dealing with many different types of family dispute. In January 2018, I obtained Law Society Accredited Family Mediator status and can conduct court required Meditation Information Assessment Meetings. I am also specially trained as a Child Inclusive Family Mediator which means that I can meet with children to discuss their wishes and feelings.

I have seen first hand that long and protracted court proceedings can take their toll emotionally and financially on both sides of a divorce / separation and have significant negative impact on any children of the family. I am now passionate about helping clients resolve disputes in a positive and constructive way.

I am a member of Resolution, the Law Society and Family Mediators Association.

In my personal life, I am a busy mum of two sets of twins and enjoy yoga, cooking, reading and walking the family dog.
