Family Mediation is an alternative method of resolving disputes. It involves a series of confidential sessions between clients (typically a separating or separated couple) and the mediator who is a neutral third party. Sessions are designed to discuss and find solutions to the numerous issues that arise on the breakdown of a relationship or marriage…
MIAM (Mediation Information Assessment Meetings) are initial options meetings designed to give clients information about mediation and other forms of dispute resolution available to them. Only accredited family mediators like myself can conduct MIAM meetings…

"We commenced our mediation sessions with Caroline in Nov 2018 and completed them in Jan 2019. I found her very easy to deal with. She was direct and efficient, but in an empathic way, she helped make it clear to us what we needed to discuss and make an agreement about. She helped to demystify the process and quickly as possible we completed our sessions. Caroline was always fair and concise in her feedback to us both. Neither of us felt it was one sided. She was professional knowledgable and prompt. She is sensitive to the needs and wishes of both parties in what can be a difficult time for everyone involved. I would highly recommend Caroline as a mediator. "
“We found the help and legal support from Caroline invaluable and we are grateful to Caroline for both her skill and commitment”
“I was very reassured both by your competence and your very friendly and personal attitude”
“Caroline provided a clear outline of the process and explained at each meeting what the aim was; this made the experience far less daunting. Caroline was consistently sensitive, kind and professional. Mediation really helped me and I thoroughly recommend Caroline as someone who will work with you in an unbiased and supportive way. ”
