Caroline helped guide us through the mediation process. Throughout the mediation, I really valued Caroline's calm, thorough, and pragmatic approach. Caroline helped us to fully understand the process of mediation and the interface with the divorce court. We were informed about the options available at every step and given the time and space to decide how to proceed. I am very grateful for her support and expertise.
Ms A
I cannot recommend Caroline highly enough for anyone going through a difficult separation. She was patient, incredibly understanding, and wonderfully diplomatic throughout the entire process. Her expert guidance and empathetic approach made what could have been an overwhelming experience so much more manageable. Caroline created a safe space for open and constructive discussions, helping us find practical solutions while keeping emotions in check. Her professionalism and genuine care made all the difference, and I am truly grateful for her support. If you need a skilled and compassionate mediator, look no further than Caroline.

“Thank you for your guidance and support on what can be an unknown and difficult pathway to a resolution. You facilitated conversations which helped us find a way forward which would not have happened without your involvement”
Mr G
"We commenced our mediation sessions with Caroline in Nov 2018 and completed them in Jan 2019. I found her very easy to deal with. She was direct and efficient, but in an empathic way, she helped make it clear to us what we needed to discuss and make an agreement about. She helped to demystify the process and quickly as possible we completed our sessions. Caroline was always fair and concise in her feedback to us both. Neither of us felt it was one sided. She was professional knowledgable and prompt. She is sensitive to the needs and wishes of both parties in what can be a difficult time for everyone involved. I would highly recommend Caroline as a mediator. "
“We found the help and legal support from Caroline invaluable and we are grateful to Caroline for both her skill and commitment”
